    1. Our primary service and tool is DataSphere, which delivers project closeout documents in an easy-to-use electronic format; and, if needed, DataStart-- a file-sharing management tool for construction documents during construction.

    2. We work with Owners, General Contractors, Construction Managers, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors.

    3. We provide a report of missing or inaccurate information to the general contractor for corrections or additions.

    4. We provide data entry service into our proprietary software and deliver an easy to use and intuitive HTML report known as DataSphere.

    5. We provide searchable information. The DataSphere is searchable by multiple categories: by room, by system, by manufacturer, and by drawing discipline.

    6. We provide data entry of the 'As-Built' project closeout documents into our proprietary software solution with delivery as an HTML report. This information can be easily changed with DataSphere as things change thorughout the life of the building.

    7. We are the 'backroom' compiling the electronic project closeout documents.

    8. We can assist the owner with the electronic exchange of information into the owner's CMMS or facility management system.
